Well, we finally got enough snow for the kids to play in, just about every school in the area was shut down and I didn’t have to go anywhere so it seemed to be a little nicer this time. The snow seems to be pretty wet so it is a little more difficult to push off the roads and the wind is picking up so it might drift as well.
They shut down all the schools in the area, not sure about many businesses but it took forever if you were looking for something on the scrolling ticker at the bottom of the Television. I guess they don’t cancel on-line classes so I better study this week.
Here are some pictures of the kids playing yesterday and a couple of our place this morning.
Now the temperatures are plunging! The high for Tuesday was 27 degrees and at 7:30 am it was 14 and dropping. Boo, I really hate cold weather.
I don’t think I will be going out again until Jimmy comes home to take more pictures but the wind is getting up so we might have some awesome drifts! All I can say is BURRRRRRR! It is now 12 degrees and the wind is probably blowing about 20 miles per hour, think I will throw another log on the fire! May you all be safe and warm today.
Love your sun pic. Looks beautiful.
Beauty is in the eyes… You know how much I LOVE snow. But Brock and Margo had a great time.
Your grandchildren are so sweet. I know they loved the snow. I wish I had a fire to put a log on…………..that sounds so good. I would snuggle up to the fire and sew or read the rest of the day. I am going to have a fire place if I get to build my house! M
Thanks and if you ever need to come curl up and read or sew come on over, you aren’t that far away or just stop on the way home from Mamie and Jasons. We are always willing to share our fire.

It’s so funny how different they are! Sissy looks like she wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with the snow & Brock was in heaven! Silly kids 🙂
You are so correct, maybe she is more my granddaughter than we thought. Brock could care less, any excuse to be outside!
